SnapRefund v4.1.5 is Live

System Status Page, Embeddable Card Drop-In, Reliability Fixes

ClaimsSnap Updates ‍

Short Transaction ID in Payment Details

The Payment Info section of payment details now displays the short numeric transaction ID, so senders can reference a payment without pulling the ID from the page URL.

“Mailing Address” Label for Paper Checks

Paper check payment details now label the check destination as “Mailing address” instead of “Shipping address” in both sender and recipient views.

Simplified Paper Check Speed Options

Paper Check Setup no longer displays outdated fee amounts next to check speed options. Speed selection and saving work exactly as before.

AgentSnap Updates ‍

Embeddable Card Collection Drop-In

Partners can now embed an AgentSnap-branded card collection component directly on their own pages. Card details are tokenized in the browser, so raw card data never reaches partner servers.

Policyholder Lookup by Email in the Public API

The AgentSnap public API’s policyholders endpoint now accepts an optional email parameter, letting integrators look up a policyholder directly instead of listing every policyholder and filtering on their side. Results remain scoped to the authenticated merchant.

Platform-Wide Updates ‍

System Status Page

A new status page on snaprefund.io shows the current health of ClaimsSnap, AgentSnap, and the Public API, including the availability of the bank-linking services that power bank connections, so users can see service disruptions at a glance.

Bug Fixes ‍

Clear Error State on Collect Payment Pages

When payment data fails to load on a collect payment page, users now see an appropriate error message instead of a “$NaN” amount and an unrelated sign-up form.

RTP Cash Out Includes Banks Pending Verification

Choosing RTP at cash out now lists banks that are still completing micro-deposit verification, so recipients no longer see an empty bank list and add the same bank again.

Newly Connected Banks Appear Immediately

Banks connected during the Pending Payment cash out flow now appear in the bank list right away, without needing to leave and revisit the page.

Payee Name Required on Paper Check Direct Payments

The “Pay to the Order of” field is now required in the paper check Direct Payment flow, preventing checks from being created without a payee name.

Paper Check Address and Status Accuracy

Mailing address fields on paper check payment details now display in the expected order of street, city, state, and ZIP. Queued paper checks now advance the payment status timeline to “Preparing to mail” instead of remaining on “Payment created.”

Consistent Transaction Timestamps

Transaction timestamps are now standardized across the platform, so the same payment shows the same time wherever it is viewed.

Business Name Shown as Sender

Recipient notifications and payment details now display the sender’s business name, matching Transaction History, instead of the account owner’s personal name.

Correct User Shown in Dashboard Header

When an invited team member is logged in, the ClaimsSnap dashboard header now shows that team member’s name rather than the account owner’s.

Email Verification Works with Corporate Email Security

Email verification now requires an explicit click to confirm, so automated link scanners used by corporate email systems no longer invalidate verification links before users open them.

Correct Address Validation Message

Leaving the Address field blank on the address entry form now shows “Address is required” instead of an unrelated validation message.

Accurate Onboard Customer API Documentation

The AgentSnap Onboard Customer API documentation now accurately describes the endpoint as creating and linking a customer record, without collecting or configuring a payment method.

Consistent Primary Button Styling

Primary buttons on the branding and paper check profile pages now use white text on blue, matching primary buttons throughout ClaimsSnap.

Security Improvements

Security improvements to anonymous payment handling and guest account credentialing better protect against unauthorized access.

‍

Summary

Version 4.1.5 adds operational transparency and partner flexibility. A new system status page gives users real-time visibility into platform health, AgentSnap partners can embed a secure card collection component on their own pages, and the public API now supports policyholder lookup by email. A broad set of fixes rounds out the release, tightening paper check accuracy, smoothing bank selection at cash out, making email verification resilient to corporate link scanners, and keeping sender names and timestamps consistent across the platform.
