v4.1.1 Release
SnapRefund v4.1.1 is Live
Claim Number Tracking, API Enhancements, Reliability Fixes
ClaimsSnap Updates
Claim Number Column in Transaction History
ClaimsSnap Transaction History now includes an optional Claim Number column that is both searchable and sortable. Users can also choose which columns are visible, with those preferences saved per user and carried through to exports.
Optional Claim Number in the Public API
Partners can now optionally pass a claimNumber when creating payments through the ClaimsSnap public API. The value is stored with the transaction and returned in relevant payment API responses, making it easier to reconcile disbursements against claim records.
Test Phone Numbers Documented for Staging
Staging and non-production API documentation now lists the reserved test phone numbers, so partners can exercise SMS verification flows end to end without relying on real message delivery.
Bug Fixes
AgentSnap Onboarding and Catalogue Fixes
Several AgentSnap onboarding issues have been resolved: catalogue MGA addition failures, logout redirecting users back into verification, missing payment onboarding redirects after approval, and related verification routing edge cases.
Accurate AgentSnap Sign-Up Confirmation
Completing AgentSnap sign-up no longer shows a false “We’re having some trouble” error when the account was created successfully.
SMS Verification Codes Delivered Reliably
ClaimsSnap SMS verification now delivers codes correctly, so users can complete phone verification without retrying.
Single Wallet Deposit Notification
Wallet deposit notifications now send a single email instead of duplicate messages grouped into the same thread.
Correct Payee Name on Auto Cash Out Emails
Auto Cash Out notification emails now show the receiver name instead of incorrectly displaying the sender name.
Insured Name Updates Sync to ACH Rails
Updating an insured’s name through the Public API or recipient recapture now propagates the corrected name to the underlying ACH rails, preventing R03 return failures on reissued payouts.
Approval Email Branding Restored
ClaimsSnap account approval emails now render the footer Snap logo correctly instead of showing broken alt text.
Summary
Version 4.1.1 focuses on claim-level traceability and reliability. Claim numbers can now be captured through the public API and surfaced as a searchable, sortable column in Transaction History, with per-user column preferences that carry into exports. Alongside that, this release clears a set of onboarding, notification, and verification defects across ClaimsSnap and AgentSnap so that sign-up, SMS verification, and payout reissues behave predictably.
