_{Venmo Payments (ClaimsSnap)}

_{ClaimsSnap now supports Venmo as a payment method for both Direct Payments and Pending Payments.}

_{Senders can issue funds directly to a recipient's Venmo account via the ClaimsSnap dashboard or API. Recipients will see Venmo presented as a selectable option during the payment collection flow. The Venmo option is available when the sender's PayPal wallet is funded to cover the payment amount. To activate Venmo and PayPal in your account, reach out to support@claimssnap.io.}

_{Payment Updates}

_{RTP Payment Method Restored RTP is now fully functional in both staging and production. It appears as a payment method option for Direct and Pending Payments when enabled for the sender and the wallet is appropriately funded. If a recipient's bank is not RTP-compatible, clear error messaging is shown following the compatibility check.}

_{Approver Payment Flow Fixed A bug causing repeat payments to the same recipient with approvers enabled to fail has been resolved. Payments with approvers now process correctly on subsequent sends.}

_{Sign-Up Flow Improvements}

_{Multiple Document Uploads Users can now upload all required documents within a single submission session during onboarding. This removes the need to repeat the process for each document type and reduces the risk of incomplete submissions.}

_{Business Document Category Added The verification document dropdown now includes a Business Document category. This enables users to submit business-related documents, such as EIN IRS documentation, during onboarding.}

_{Verification Spinner UX Improved The verification screen now clearly communicates that processing may take time and that users can leave the page and return later. An email notification is sent upon completion.}

_{New Sign-Up Flow for Pending Payment Collection Users collecting a pending payment are now directed to the updated sign-up flow instead of the legacy page.}

_{IAM Updates}

_{Cancel Unaccepted Invitations (ClaimsSnap and AgentSnap) Owners and Admins can now cancel pending invitations that have not yet been accepted. The remove option is available for any user with an Invited status.}
