Version 4.0.4 improves theTransaction History navigation experience, resolves key account access issuesfor sub-users, and delivers reliability improvements across ClaimsSnap andAgentSnap.
ClaimsSnap Updates
Transaction History RowNavigation The Transaction Historyexperience has been updated to make navigating to payment details faster andmore intuitive. Clicking anywhere within a Transaction History row now opensthe Payment Detail page for that payment, no longer requiring users to locateand click the eye icon. A visual indicator has also been added when TransactionHistory loads to clearly communicate that rows are interactive and clickable.
Direct Payment ConfirmationEmail The direct paymentconfirmation email sent to senders has been updated to correctly display therecipient’s name and accurate bank details. Senders can now rely on theconfirmation email as an accurate record of where the payment was sent and theassociated account information.
Account & Access Updates
Sub-User Login Sub-users invited to ClaimsSnap can nowlog in successfully regardless of how their email address was originallyentered during the invitation flow. Users who previously encountered loginfailures due to email casing inconsistencies will now be able to access theiraccounts without issue.
Forgot Password forSub-Users Sub-users can now use theforgot password flow to reset their credentials and regain access to theiraccount. Previously, password reset emails were not delivered to sub-users.Sub-users can now request a reset from the login page and receive a reset emailas expected.
