Bank dashboards have no concept of mortgagee approvals, multi-party routing, prompt payment compliance, EOB & document mailing and digital delivery, or branded policyholder communication.
ClaimsSnap adds all of that on top of your existing bank. You keep your accounts, your yield, and your banking relationships while augmenting insurance-specific workflows on top of them.
No. SnapRefund purpose-built ClaimsSnap and Agencies for the carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and agencies that enterprise platforms often ignore.
Regional & mutual carriers, niche MGAs, specialized TPAs, and small family agencies that need modern payments without a six-month project or a six-figure budget are well supported within SnapRefund.
Flexible, transaction-based pricing and discounted pilots mean you can prove value before committing.
No. ClaimsSnap integrates directly into your existing CMS via API or pairs with it through a no-code dashboard. No rip-and-replace, large data migration, or complex internal IT projects required.

In some cases, the financial institutions we partner with automatically flag accounts they were unable to identify automatically and they request a manual review of a user's identification.
